As much as I'd like to slip-in with Mylene, I'm under no illusion that my best chance would be with Redknapp junior as he'd turn up to the opening of an envelope. it's a wider family trait...

Skechers slip-ins. (See WGMG) Good are they? I have been thinking about them but due to a bad ankle I've been advised to always wear shoes with laces for the support and the few times I have tried slip ons I can barely walk in them Both pairs I have are fitted with proper laces too

Both pairs I have are fitted with proper laces too is there a misunderstanding between slip-in and slip-on? They're slip-ons with laces. Since I adjusted the laces when new, I haven't needed to undo them.

After my recent diet, the suit I bought 2 years ago looks like something that a tramp would wear, several sizes too big, and all that is missing is some string pulling in the baggy waistband. I can, however, fit in my suit that I bought in 2015.
Unfortunately, it was the suit I bought for my daughter's funeral, and today I am wearing it for another funeral.

Yep, he'll make 2nd before we know it (especially as the next three are very close together, only 1 run between Kallis and Dravid), can he pass Sachin?.... that would be some achievement!

What's a holiday? Not had a day off since January although it's looking like I might get one a week on Sunday as Boston is away to kennels.
And someone wants to adopt him so here's hoping it gets approved by the rescue handling the process.

My 92nd armful is heading down the M4 to Filton.

Just renewed my 2 year Vodafone broadband contract a month early. Dropped the free weekend and evening calls (we both have unlimiteds on our mobiles) and upped the speed from Max 74 mbps to Max 150 mbps - guaranteed is half the max so we should not have any isses given only one tv is 4K. At £26 per month (rising by £3 each April admittedly) it is cheaper than I was paying and saves the nausea of switching service provider.
