One of two Hunslet Jenbach shunting locos we have at Kempton railway. Both locos worked on a massive tunnelling project in Hong Kong. We received them in a somewhat battered shape. This is 53 undergoing a major overhaul FXE19680 by Stephen Hayto, on Flickr

My Kaidan 360 adapter pretty much only shows extremities Distorted family by Mike Kanssen, on Flickr It's intended to shoot 360 degree panoramas where the extremities become the horizon, but that gets boring

240606-Britza Maxima - Quaking Grass-001 by Kath Polley, on Flickr This is the lowest hanging seed head on the longest piece of grass in a floral arrangement I was given last week which makes it an extremity of sorts. It is also utilising the smallest aperture available to me (f/32) which makes it another kind of extremity, and in addition it was created using a 100mm macro lens with three extension tubes AND a macro filter applied which it strikes me is stretching the bounds of ridiculousness to their extremeties too.

The background does look familiar, Nigel I think mine (all three of those shared this morning) were taken at Ropley (over ten years ago now & just a detour on the way home from race fuel testing at Thruxton) Definitely Ropley, it's probably the best location on the line for the more interesting shots.
