Starmer is a charisma free zone - I am told lawyers often are but would not know about that personally - stop sniggering at the back!
While the misguided shit is a unionist he may well be an effective manager which is basically what we (the UK) need right now.
Given the polls - anyone got a realistic alternative?
Personally I am going to give the unionist barsteward a chance.

In spite of intentions to vote Reform I voted Conservative. Our local candidate actually has a slim chance of winning. Due to the general trends, if she wins she might become a shadow minister for four or five years. The Tory shadow PM will struggle to find enough survivors to form a shadow cabinet.

Just been listening to a reporter talking about the projected 13 seats for Reform. He ventured the opinion that this would put them in an incredibly strong position. WTF?
In 2019, the LibDems had fairly similar results (11 seats). However, I don't recall anyone describing them as being in an "incredibly strong position".
So... as usual, the media are obsessed with bigging-up Farage.  |
