Heuriger is an Austrian vineyard that serves wine and food outdoors (originally) in between the grape vines though these days they are a little more modern this one was in the fold yard or stack yard of the farm. We had a great evening eating and drinking in the open air, I had what is best described as black pudding en crute with a white pudding sauce made from blood and milk sausages. |
