Leave him there. Imho the picture is better without removing him. Seems to be the consensus. The majority can be wrong you know. I take it your gut feeling is to keep him then? |

I think it comes down to what you want the image to say, your view on authenticity in that statement, and the feeling you had when you shot it. So despite my earlier comment, there is no right or wrong, just shades of how well it matches your aim. |

So this whole thread was just attention seeking huh? . That's me, just an attention seeker. OTOH, perhaps you're just grumpy 'cus no-one else liked your idea.  Joking aside, I wasn't too sure. Obviously odd numbers are more pleasing to the eye, hence why I thought about removing him. I wasn't really bothered about what the image says. I take/edit photo's more for the "art" (not all of the time of course) hence why I don't mind removing or enhancing an image in some way with AI. I was just interested in thoughts of others. I guess there was also a "because I can" going on. I know I should be burned at the stake. |

If I hadn't seen the original then I'd've said the edited version looks fine but of the two I also have to go with man in. As he's facing the camera he creates a much stronger sense of engagement with the image. Without him the three remaining people are largely looking sideways which I find isolates them somewhat.
