Hotel foyer somewhere in 2009. Was in Flickr (key-worded Toronto) but not in Lightroom. Found the original on an old backup disk but it simply would not copy to the mac without error (most odd given that it opens on the old disk) but I found a copy on another disk where I keep scanned files and was able to get it into the LR catalogue from there. I suppose this counts as an interior. It is the workshop that can be seen at the entrance to Erddig and (other than playing about) was the second photograph I took with my 5D back in April 2007. I remember being so impressed that the ISO could be changed from one frame to another and that I could hand-hold at 1/15 s (not so impressive this being a 24 mm end of the 24-105 mm zoom that came with the camera). That reminded me that I'd also got an interior picture of the washhouse at Chirk Castle. This may have been posted before on APForum 274A2923.jpg by Pete, on Flickr

Still fiddling in Lightroom - too hot to go out. I think this is positively the last interior. I am surprised that I found so many. I always had a soft spot for Les Galeries in Bruxelles. They aren't particularly photogenic and get rather crowded because (this half) is on the main tourist walking route between Grand Place and Rue des Bouchers where many tourist restaurants are gathered. The shop windows incline to gross displays of chocolate. Easter gets a bit OTT. IMG_0142.jpg by Pete, on Flickr I sometimes used to have a sandwich and beer at a café in the other half (behind the viewer). I was once there when a photowalk went by. Really not my scene, a dozen people each trying to get 100 shots of the gallery and shop windows.

Oh, I missed yesterday and I had a shot too! Never mind. Perhaps this is an excuse to go to the pub later today?!
