Only in so much as the police were there and some areas closed off ready for some student demonstration. It never happened whilst we were in the city though. As for the guy in the chair, he was just being helped by the cop. Nothing more than that it seemed.

Deckchair made for two at Bodnant. I've seen folk sat in it. I've never hung around to see how they get out of it.
