We nearly bought this flat because in many ways it was perfect, if only one room hadn't been smothered in black mould down a wall adjoining the garage next door. I decided that if the leak was coming from the garage there was a good chance it would continue to be an issue and with one very asthmatic child still at home it didn't seem worth it. I now work in offices above that garage and the fact that the office kitchen only has a cold tap and the loo only has a hot one seems to have justified my suspicions somehow. |
