I have just signed up to Tik Tok and I’m just about to delete it less than twenty four hours later! I am finding it very childish, comments about a car dealer making a profit just about finished me off. Loads of other childish comments as well. I don’t usually take the bait but I replied to the car dealer one and now expect stupid replies

I prefer youtube shorts.
Just scroll really fast if you don't like them and spend longer watching stuff you do like. The algorithm will work out what you are more likely to interact with or watch for longer.

The YouTube algorithm seems to be one of the worst I've encountered for recommendations. It seems to know what I like watching....mostly! Compared to the other ones on the TV anyway as it is very rare the recommendations there are of any interest. |
