I came across GLASS GEM CORN while browsing the web this morning. It made me smile and puts a whole new meaning on eating by colour which I hear about quite a lot on the tv cooking shows. Any body else encountered this colourful corn 🌽 Attachments:

According to Google Yes but it’s a bit more chewy than sweet corn 🌽.Evidently it’s also used to make corn flour.

It can be made to make flour. The colours come from different varieties including the blue corn preferred by some native Americans.

It's a bit like the multicoloured pasta my sister once sent to me. Boil it to death and it still needed good gnashers to eat it.

I think she got it abroad somewhere, probably Europe.
