Lack of imagination today, again. Posting the same as I did over on the old place but this time most interesting Flickr posts from last year, not that anyone has explained to me what is interesting. I have just looked on my Flickr stats. this is my most viewed photo at over 22000 views. I think a few people might be using tits as a search word! There are no faves or comments, so I think they have been disappointed with it, lol.  Saggy tits by Nigel G, on Flickr |

Went for a walk today to birdwatch. Initially poor showing, but then a flock of hundreds of lapwing gave us a show, and the murky light had a few nice moments too. On way back saw a first - Slavonian Grebe in the Forth and there was a wee bunch of twite too, which was nice. Took the ancient Lumix FZ5 for its long reach but didn't really do bird photos with it. Not sure how to see annual interest on Flickr, but despite only uploading this in September, it has c14,000 views, apparently my all-time number one on that metric... Fewer than 10 likes tho.

Dug out my old Pentax K100D. Stuck some fresh AA batteries in and stuck a good lens on it. Only 6MP and the viewfinder is small enough to make a flea claustrophobic but it does make some lovely images. Not saying these are lovely but for a quick play they suggest it'll be worth playing around with it some more. Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted |
