It was pretty stupid putting "A" into Flickr search to see what came up. Until I think of a better strategy here is a big A that I didn't bother with for "fly". A is for Airbus. BV9R2978.jpg by Pete, on Flickr

I like that better than a front view. Somehow it's more stimulating in my mind. Also reminds me of looking out of train windows in London and other places.

I figured out how to filter on "keywords starting with" in Lightroom but then was let down by my keywording (Amsterdam, Antwerp ... etc.) but it did throw up lots and lots of what was perhaps my favourite subject in Brussels - the Atomium. I say favourite but going there took up most of a day at the weekend when I was on my own, and could be a nice walk too. A is for Atomium (processed today for the first time so a new one for AP forumites) IMG_0056.jpg by Pete, on Flickr

That was our first trip to Aber, having dropped Nicholas off at his Uni halls we spent the night at a B&B in town. We woke up to see some fantastic light which did not actually last very long, just time to record the view from the back of the B&B before breakfast. I agree with you about the view from a train window, not been a reader or into games on my phone I spend a lot of time looking out of train windows or watching other passengers oblivious to their surroundings or the area through which they are travelling.

As Keith proposed the back of the sea-front hotels in Aberystwyth here is the front of the sea-fronting buildings in Aberdovey (as they were in November 2010). I'm not sure how many were hotels. Amazing what a Canon G10 compact could do. IMG_0008.jpg by Pete, on Flickr

I could probably do a better job of processing this now - it is from 2019 - but to end on a bird. A is for Avocet BV9R4513.jpg by Pete, on Flickr I decided that maybe it was worth another go at editing it - but not quite sure at my removal skills BV9R4513.jpg by Pete, on Flickr
