There's a Matrix in my garden! A simple garden ornament, isolated from the background. Nikon Z8 with 500mm f/8 reflex manual focus lens. Handheld. I asked members on the original (parent) forum for advice on this type of lens, a few years ago. I was told they were impossible to use. So I bought it (€150). Challenge accepted.

Well you have made it work, perhaps not the easiest of lenses to use and probably benefits from modern image processing increasing the clarity / de haze etc.

We had a little walk of Friday, about eleven miles from Hackney to Camberwell, on the way we came across this. Hackney IMG_3294EditBW by Keith Hudson, on Flickr Haggerston's Tin Tabernacle. Believed to be London's oldest Tin Tabernacle and one of only three surviving, Shrublands Road London E8. Built in 1858 at a cost of £1250.

Archeology in a local park last year. The park is part of what used to be a priory and before that was close to the Norman motte & bailey castle. It's also inside the old city walls which means there's usually Roman stuff as well... Digging The Past by Nigel Hayes, on Flickr
