Without looking on Flickr, I think the FX37 would get my vote, the D23 looks like it needs more edge effect which is probably why it looks to have less grain clumping.

Always interesting to see what my favourite junk/repro shop has in its window.

Quite an old shot 2022 which was on the miss placed USB stick. Nunhead IMG_8706edit20240114 by Keith Hudson, on Flickr One of the memorials in Nunhead Cemetery that I had not come across before. Standing around 2M tall surrounded by eight additional buttresses in a corner that had previously been overgrown.

zx9 Thank you very much. Halfway up/down the stairs was my favourite stopping off place. The window faced South and caught the sunshine and warmth. I often sat on a chair there - and the orchids did very well too. The light on the stairs is a reflection of the mirror in the hallway at the bottom. It is a mirror from a pub, I bought at a market in Honiton when visiting the in-laws. Malony's Irish Whiskey, as I recall. Shame it wasn't Scotch, but it was a fun large mirror to have. I left it there and hopefully the new owners didn't throw it out.

A couple of gothic style shots from a wander to the cemetery today. I also noticed whilst there, that the singer Sarah Harding (from Girls Aloud) who died of breast cancer in 2021 is buried only a handful of plots away from my daughter. Surprised I'd not noticed before. Rest In Pieces by Nigel G, on Flickr Fallen by Nigel G, on Flickr

One of the headstones belonged to a sailor and had a rope and anchor finish.
