Great stuff, although there's something about people shot in infrared that makes me feel quite queasy.

With friends like you lot, who needs enemas? It's a better class of insult you get here, not like DPR

I wonder what it is that makes Martin and I's cameras appear to have gold on the lens? Reminds me of the high end toot that Richard Caplan used to stock in his Mayfair emporium. Will you will be getting the lizard skin body cloth to go with the gold accents?

I wonder what it is that makes Martin and I's cameras appear to have gold on the lens? Must be a chemical coating that reflects infrared light so that this effect is only seen in IR

Rather than saying they look weird, I prefer to say they look Ethereal Yes Infrared penetrates the skin more than visual light, so we get to see a bit below the skin. Personally I think this disproves the adage the beauty is only skin deep, as skin blemishes are actually reduced in infrared portraits

Yes Infrared penetrates the skin more than visual light, so we get to see a bit below the skin. You know, I'd never thought about why it had this effect. All the years I've been shooting infrared and it never occurred to me! Thank you for info, that's made my day *Slides a glass of 'insert drink here' to Petrochemist*
